As a niche community dedicated to fostering relationships between Dominant Women and submissive males, W\/we cultivate an environment of inclusivity and personal growth. W\/we believe in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for all members. To ensure a positive experience, W\/we have established the following Code of Conduct that all members are expected to adhere to:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Practice active listening and allow others to express their thoughts and ideas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Communicate openly and truthfully, valuing clarity and directness.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Address challenges and uncertainties transparently, seeking to resolve potential misunderstandings proactively<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">When concerns arise regarding ethical behavior, members are encouraged to raise issues promptly, safeguarding the\u00a0 integrity of the community.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3. **Inclusivity and Diversity**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Celebrate diversity within our club and seek to create an environment where everyone feels welcome.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Avoid making assumptions about individuals based on their race, gender, sexuality, age, or any other characteristic.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">The Age requirement for membership is 21 years or older.\u00a0 This is non-negotiable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">W\/we encourage participation from all members and credit their contributions generously.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">4. **Confidentiality**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Respect members\u2019 privacy by keeping personal information shared within the club confidential.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Information sharing between club members is reserved for vetting purposes and occurs with explicit consent between parties.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Address conflicts or disagreements constructively, seeking to resolve issues amicably.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Bring concerns to the attention of the club leadership when necessary, and commit to finding a positive resolution.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Attend meetings and events regularly, contributing your thoughts and participating fully for the benefit of the group.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Stay engaged with club communications, actively looking for opportunities to help or collaborate.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">8. **Safety and Support**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Prioritize the safety and well-being of all members at events and gatherings. Report any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of yourself or others.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Support and uplift fellow members, especially those who may feel marginalized or unheard.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">9. **Adherence to Club Values**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Uphold and promote the core values of our club in all interactions, both online and offline.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">There will be no criticism or slandering of any club members. No gossiping, participation in rumor mill behavior, or divisiveness. W\/we stand as a unified and supportive group.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">No written word shall be used to engage in bullying or harassment (publicly or privately) of any other person or party.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Participate in ongoing dialogue about how W\/we can better realize these values as a community.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">10. **Solicitation**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Under NO circumstances are members, applicants, nor those under consideration for membership allowed to solicit paid fetish, sex, kink, etc services of any kind under any circumstances! This behavior is against the LAW and will not be tolerated.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey is NOT a paid services provider, nor do we condone or support solicitation of such. This includes but is not limited to Professional Dominatrix services, sex work, or any other type of paid sexual services of any kind.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Which includes any person being directed in conversation, writing, or other to solicitation, messages or material on any social media type site including, but not limited, to FetLife. (ex: Profiles, Pages, etc) <\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No entity that advertises professional services may be linked to or affiliated with ClubFEM\u00aeNew Jersey.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey is NOT a sexual match making service. No sexual exchanges (or other acts of sexual gratification) shall be coordinated using ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey, its advisory board, or online presence. Under NO circumstances are members, applicants, nor those under consideration for membership allowed to solicit fetish, sex, kink, etc services of any kind under any circumstances without enthusiastic informed consent between all parties involved! This behavior will not be tolerated.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Violations of our solicitation policy will result in immediate termination of membership and revocation of affiliation.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff; font-size: var(--global--font-size-base);\">ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey reserves the right as a private social organization to enact decisions on application status and membership as per our membership guidelines and code of conduct.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff; font-size: var(--global--font-size-base);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we ensure that ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey remains a vibrant, supportive, and thriving community.
