As a niche community dedicated to fostering relationships between Dominant Women and submissive males, W\/we cultivate an environment of inclusivity and personal growth. W\/we believe in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for all members. To ensure a positive experience, W\/we have established the following Club and Event Rules that all members are expected to adhere to:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">1. **Consent**<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey aims to foster an environment where Dominant Women and submissive men can interact without fear of judgment or consent issues.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Do not touch anyone without their explicit consent. This goes for both parties and munches, Dommes and subs.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">We expect vanilla behavior in a vanilla environment. This means no exposing, touching, or licking of the nipples or genitals \u2013 yours or someone else\u2019s.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Our men are submissive but they are not community property, even if they\u2019re unowned.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Treat all submissive male guests with the same respect you\u2019d give a fellow Domme. Humiliation and objectification can only happen with his consent.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Do not expect the subs to perform service functions for you unless that has been explicitly negotiated or is in the context of an event, like a tea party, where roles are clearly delineated.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: book antiqua, palatino, serif;\">NO means NO, that is the individuals own choice, and should be respected as such.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">2. **<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ff0000;\">Virtual Event Rules**<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO\u00a0<\/strong>nudity. All attendees must be clothed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO\u00a0<\/strong>lurkers. Cameras must be turned on (we must see your face) and you must engage.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0talking over others because then no one is heard.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0background noise. Turn off your TVs and radios. Please be mindful of activities that could create additional noise, such as shuffling papers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0Mute your microphone when you are not speaking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0sharing personal information on video chat. We advise you to use private chat or FetLife to directly message an individual.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0means No. If an attendee indicates that they don\u2019t wish a private message. Cease and desist immediately!<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>NO\u00a0<\/strong>solicitation for clients.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">3. **Party Rules**<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">ClubFEM members agree to abide by the following ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey protocol at parties and events:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">ClubFEM members agree to be in the Female Dominant and male submissive roles\u00a0<strong>exclusively<\/strong>\u00a0at ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey parties and events.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">There is no requirement for Dommes or subs to engage in BDSM play (scenes). Although some may choose to play, many people attend parties to socialize and learn techniques by watching others.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">\u00a0Males are to behave respectfully to all Females at all times.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">All ClubFEM submissives are expected to bring an attitude of servitude and submissiveness and should be willing to serve refreshments and treat the Women respectfully.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">\u00a0Submissives are not obligated to engage in any form of play without consent and negotiation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">\u00a0Males are to address Females as Mistress, Ma\u2019am or other proper titles as designated by that Female.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Dominant attire for Females may include fetish wear, leather, latex, PVC, lingerie, and\/or black clothing. Basically, anything that makes a Woman feel wonderful.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Males in a relationship should wear what their Domme wants them to wear.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Single males should wear either a formal tux, respectful casual wear (no jeans and sneakers) or fetish clothing.\u00a0 A leash, wrist and ankle cuffs are optional. Attire should be relevant to the event type.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Females are to refrain from touching or commanding a personally collared slave without his Owner\u2019s permission.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Males who wish to be available to any Domme for service or BDSM play scenes will wear a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>royal blue ribbon<\/strong><\/span> on their collar. However, wearing a <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">royal blue ribbon<\/span><\/strong> does not obligate a submissive to engage in play nor does it negate the need to negotiate a scene.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">The house safeword is <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cRed.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">If you are observing someone else\u2019s scene, watch respectfully without interjecting or carrying on loud or in-depth conversation that may break the headspace of the individuals in the play space.\u00a0 Please reserve casual conversation for the common\/social areas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Never assume all participants in a scene are on the same page. If you are invited into a scene, seek confirmation from all parties before joining.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Don\u2019t touch anyone\u2019s body or toys without permission.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Clean up after yourselves.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Spray down furniture after using it.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">No naked body parts on the \u201cregular\u201d furniture -couches, chairs, tables-use a chuck as a barrier.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Use barriers when there is a chance that there might be bodily fluids of any kind.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 18pt;\">4. **Safety**<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey believes in practicing RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink) and always acting in a manner of play that is SSC (Safe, Sane, and Consensual).\u00a0\u00a0Everyone is expected to act in a safe, sane and consensual manner at all ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey parties and events.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Impairment by alcohol or other legal drugs is not permitted. People who are impaired will be asked to leave.\u00a0 Impairment affects judgement and inhibition, which makes it impossible to practice RACK or adhere to our SSC standard. It is strongly recommended that males refrain from drinking alcohol at ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey parties.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">No person shall be permitted to play while under the influence of legal or illegal substances.\u00a0 Operating a vehicle is prohibited while under the influence of substances both legal and non, because it puts you at risk of endangering yourself and others. The same applies to play with regard to the personal safety of yourself and others in a play space.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"max-width: var(--global--spacing-measure); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">No illegal substances are allowed at ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey parties and events.\u00a0 This will result in immediate ejection from premises.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Violation of our impairment and illegal substance policy will be moderated on a case-by-case basis and a determination on membership revocation will be made by club leadership (aka the Head Mistress). There is a zero-tolerance policy for substance abuse in ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey spaces.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">No photography or cameras are allowed at ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey parties.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Safewords or gestures should be used at all ClubFEM\u00ae New Jersey sponsored activities. Suggested safewords are: <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u201cgreen\u201d<\/span><\/strong> = within limits <strong><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">\u201cyellow\u201d<\/span><\/strong> = close to limits <strong><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">(proceed carefully)<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> \u201cred\u201d<\/span><\/strong> = over limits <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(stop immediately)<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Safety is the number one concern for all players regardless of experience and skill level.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Safety and explicit consent are required for all players as stated above, and particularly when play occurs with a new submissive.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #ffffff;\">Other personal safewords may be used as long as they are communicated beforehand.
